Core Competency

The role of Strategy and Evaluation incorporates the Well-Being Measurement Framework, an important part of our Well-Being System that influences our overall strategy. The measurement framework consists of three master metrics (Well-Being of People, Well-Being of Places, and Equity) which roll up to our North Star metric: Cantril’s Ladder.

The progress towards these metrics are monitored through our Performance Management System which includes three main tools: the logic model, system data tracker, public and project-specific dashboards. These tools are used to rapidly test our Well-Being System through the administration of initiatives such as the Pioneer Project.

  • Community Well-Being Playbook
  • Well-Being Performance Management System and accompanying tools and dashboards
  • Pioneer Projects administration and accompanying tools, subject matter experts and resources
