Core Competency

The role of Leadership & Governance ensures all Community Well-Being leaders and teams are equipped and inspired to serve their community. This includes associate hiring, leadership training, committee oversight and signature events such as Mission Week.

Leadership & Governance includes:

  • Site team resourcing
  • Leadership and stakeholder training, engagement, and coaching
  • Governance and meeting protocols
  • Providing leadership in market mission committees, locally convened gatherings and system community well-being councils
  • Organizing summits 
  • Signature Adventist Health and community well-being events
