The role of Leadership & Governance ensures all Community Well-Being leaders and teams are equipped and inspired to serve their community. This includes associate hiring, leadership training, committee oversight and signature events such as Mission Week.
Leadership & Governance includes:
- Site team resourcing
- Leadership and stakeholder training, engagement, and coaching
- Governance and meeting protocols
- Providing leadership in market mission committees, locally convened gatherings and system community well-being councils
- Organizing summits
- Signature Adventist Health and community well-being events
