COMMUNITY HEALTH EXECUTIVE
Oversees strategic planning, strategy coordination, development and innovation of Community Integration.
Manages community integration communications, content and stories. Supports Volunteer Managers and Coordinators across the system.
Provides support for the scaling of Restoration Projects, high utilizer management initiative started in Adventist Health Clear Lake to support the most vulnerable populations in their community. In addition, supports operational platforms for community integration such as hiring processes, policy and strategic alignment with mission integration initiatives.
Provides support to all Community Integration Leaders across the Adventist Health System. Aligns partnerships, relationships and strategies with the overall Community Integration strategy.
Operationalizes Community Integration strategies by advising metrics and processes across all programs.
SR. COMMUNITY INTEGRATION ANALYST
Systemwide responsibility for consolidating and reporting Community Benefit financials to State and Federal government. Ongoing analysis of systemwide Community Integration outcomes, impacts and ROI. Supports Market Community Integration staff with training and system support.
COMMUNITY BENEFIT COORDINATOR
Provides support and guidance to markets for the completion of community benefit reports including the Community Health Needs Assessment, Community Health Implementation Strategy and Community Health Plan Updates to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Provides training and support for market use of the community benefit software tracking program called CBISA.
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS DIRECTOR
Oversees public policy and advocacy for the Adventist Health system. Supports Market Community Integration staff with local government relations outreach.
