Leadership Evaluation Manager (LEM) is our systemwide infrastructure for aligning all leaders and our entire organization behind common goals critical to our success and evolution as a organization. Goal categories include: Clinical Quality, Experience, Engagement, Growth, Finance, Operations and – for the first time in 2020 – Mission + Community. Traditionally community integration leaders struggled to find relevance for our work within the LEM structures. The addition of the Mission + Community pillar into the LEM structure is additional evidence of our organization’s commitment to this work.
The LEM system includes Annual Goals and 90 Day Plans, and the Community Well-Being team is providing templated goals and plans to create alignment across our system. At the conclusion of the year, each leader will be provided a score based upon their progress toward the Annual Goals.
